Etiquette is sometimes arbitrary and for those not in the know it can have an exclusionary effect that often serves to define class. This guide for presenting the proper service for all-dessert-course meals aims to investigate the power structures that function to maintain order at the dinner table.
Project was made for Dessert, part three of Dori Latman's Fritos and Champagne, which emphasized the conversations and social aspects of eating and cooking with a round table discussion at Adobe Backroom Gallery in San Francisco, California.
