Mimicking the size and format of U.S. monetary notes, the book can be read in two directions that reference the ways in which money is handled. One, as a flipbook animation, and the other is read as if one is counting bills in a folded stack. It was created for 2015 Plug Projects’ Art Book Fair in Kansas City Missouri.

Made for 'Dessert', part three of Dori Latman's Fritos and Champagne, which emphasized the conversations and social aspects of eating and cooking with a round table discussion at Adobe Backroom Gallery in San Francisco, California. Presented in conjunction with a homemade traditional Austrian kugelhopf, and a brief lecture about the history of dining behaviors in Western Culture, during show opening at Adobe Bookstore on May 19, 2010.
